Em-- family camp is really just a family reunion. Growing up my mom's family would do a camping trip each year so it was an actual family *camp*. We didn't do any camping this year, but the name has stuck.
oh, and Karla -- My brother made the temple thing! It's a scale model he carved out of styrofoam for their stake girls camp. My SIL was stake camp director. It was an absolute hit. It's just amazing
